About Community Planting Day

Join us to plant flowers around Downtown Fredonia! We were thrilled to take over this event and bring back a little pop of color to the downtown area for the summer! Volunteers meet at the Visitors Booth to help us plant flowers around the trees down Main St, around Barker Commons, and Village Hall. This is a great opportunity for business owners, community residents, and groups to participate in!

2025 Information

Volunteers can meet at 9:00am at the Visitors Booth in Barker Commons (corners of Main and Park Streets) to be assigned a planting area.

Coffee, hot chocolate, and donuts will be provided to kick off the morning and pizza will arrive in the afternoon!
